Sale of Food Act
(Chapter 283)
Sale of Food (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 56(1) of the Sale of Food Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Sale of Food (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st August 2006.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Sale of Food (Fees) Regulations (Rg 4) is amended by deleting item 1 and substituting the following item:
“
1. For food establishment licence:
 
 
(a) small food processing establishment with total floor area less than 200 square metres
 
$180 per annum
(b) medium food processing establishment with total floor area between 200 and 750 square metres
 
$360 per annum
(c) large food processing establishment with total floor area more than 750 square metres
 
$600 per annum
(d) any other food establishment
 
$120 per annum
”.
