National Council of Social Service (Revocation) Regulations 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the National Council of Social Service Act, the National Council of Social Service, with the approval of the Minister for Community Development and Sports, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Council of Social Service (Revocation) Regulations 2001 and shall come into operation on 31st January 2001.

Revocation

2. The National Council of Social Service Regulations (Rg 1) are revoked.
