Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (No. 2) (Amendment) Notification 2010

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (No. 2) (Amendment) Notification 2010 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 15th October 2009.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (No. 2) Notification 2009 (G.N. No. S 498/2009) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (1).
