Singapore Tourism (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) (Amendment No. 9) Notification 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by the definitions of “tourist hotel”, “tourist food establishment” and “tourist public house” in section 2 of the Singapore Tourism (Cess Collection) Act, and by virtue of the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Trade and Industry) (Consolidation) Notification (Cap. 1, N 12, 2000 Ed.), the Minister of State for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Singapore Tourism (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) (Amendment No. 9) Notification 2000 and shall come into operation on 9th October 2000.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Singapore Tourism (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) Notification (N 1) is amended by inserting, immediately after item (111), the following item:

“(112) Century Roxy Park Hotel Singapore.”.
