Registered Designs Act 2000
(Act 25 of 2000)
Registered Designs (Amendment) Rules 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 72(1) of the Registered Designs Act 2000, the Minister for Law, after consulting the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore, hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Registered Designs (Amendment) Rules 2001 and shall come into operation on 28th September 2001.
Amendment of rule 28
2.  Rule 28 of the Registered Designs Rules 2000 (G.N. No. S 504/2000) is amended by deleting the word “Gazette” in the 2nd line and substituting the words “Designs Journal”.
