Financial Advisers Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Financial Advisers Act 2001, the Deputy Prime Minister, Lee Hsien Loong, hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Financial Advisers Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2002.
2.  Sections 1 to 105 of the Financial Advisers Act 2001 shall come into operation on 1st October 2002.
