Enlistment (Amendment) Act 2006

Enlistment (Amendment) Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Enlistment (Amendment) Act 2006, the Minister for Defence hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Enlistment (Amendment) Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2006.
2.  Sections 3 and 4(a) of the Enlistment (Amendment) Act 2006 shall come into operation on 15th August 2006.
