Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2017
(Commencement) (No. 5) Notification 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1) of the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2017, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2017 (Commencement) (No. 5) Notification 2017.
2.  Sections 3(a) and (g), 5(a), 6 and 15 of the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2017 come into operation on 24 August 2017.
