(Prescribed Purposes) (Amendment)
Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 25 of the Skills Development Levy Act, the SkillsFuture Singapore Agency, with the approval of the Minister for Education, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Skills Development Levy (Prescribed Purposes) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 15 June 2020.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2(1) of the Skills Development Levy (Prescribed Purposes) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended —

(a)	by inserting, immediately after the words “any company” in sub‑paragraph (a), the words “, variable capital company”; and
(b)	by inserting, immediately after the words “the company” in sub‑paragraph (a), the words “, variable capital company”.
