Exemption) Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act 1961, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order is the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System — Exemption) Order 2023.

Exemption

2. Rules 3(1) and 7(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules 2015 (G.N. No. S 226/2015) do not apply to, or in relation to, any vehicle bearing a chassis number and an engine number specified in the Schedule from 1 July 2023 to 1 September 2023 (both dates inclusive).
