Control of Vectors and Pesticides
(Prescribed Form) Regulations 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 60(2) of the Control of Vectors and Pesticides Act 1998, the Minister for the Environment hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Control of Vectors and Pesticides (Prescribed Form) Regulations 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st September 1998.
Form
2.  Every notice to be served by the Commissioner, a public health officer, a police officer or an authorised officer under section 46 of the Act shall be in accordance with the Form set out in the Schedule.
Revocation
3.  The Destruction of Disease-Bearing Insects (Prescribed Form) Regulations (Cap. 79, Rg 1) are revoked.
Made this 31st day of August 1998.
