Government Procurement (Application)
(Amendment No. 2) Order 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 4 of the Government Procurement Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Government Procurement (Application) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2014 and shall come into operation on 4th July 2014.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Government Procurement (Application) Order (O 1) is amended —

(a)

by deleting item 3 of Part I; and

(b)

by deleting the full‑stop at the end of item 9 of Part II, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following item:

“10. Netherlands (with respect to Aruba).”.
