(Amendment No. 2) Notification 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, the Minister for Communications and Information makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Notification is the Personal Data Protection (Statutory Bodies) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2016.

(2) Paragraph 2(b), (c) and (d) comes into operation on 1 October 2016.

(3) Paragraph 2(a) and (f) comes into operation on 3 October 2016.

(4) Paragraph 2(e) and (g) comes into operation on 4 October 2016.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Personal Data Protection (Statutory Bodies) Notification 2013 (G.N. No. S 149/2013) is amended —

(a)

by deleting item 12;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 15, the following item:

“

15A.	Government Technology Agency

Government Technology Agency Act 2016 (Act 23 of 2016)

”;

(c)

by deleting item 21 and substituting the following item:

“

21.	Info‑communications Media Development Authority

Info‑communications Media Development Authority Act 2016 (Act 22 of 2016)

”;

(d)

by deleting items 32 and 43;

(e)

by deleting item 62;

(f)

by inserting, immediately after item 62, the following item:

“

62A.	SkillsFuture Singapore Agency

SkillsFuture Singapore Agency Act 2016 (Act 24 of 2016)

”; and

(g)

by deleting the full‑stop at the end of item 66, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following item:

“

67.	Workforce Singapore Agency

Workforce Singapore Agency Act (Cap. 305D)

”.
