Customs (Amendment) Act
(Commencement) Notification 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Customs (Amendment) Act 1997, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Customs (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 1997.
2.  The Customs (Amendment) Act 1997 shall come into operation on 17th October 1997.
