Home Affairs Uniformed Services Superannuation Act (Commencement) Notification 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Home Affairs Uniformed Services Superannuation Act 2001, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Home Affairs Uniformed Services Superannuation Act (Commencement) Notification 2001.

2. The Home Affairs Uniformed Services Superannuation Act 2001 shall come into operation on 1st October 2001.
