(Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Parliamentary Elections (Amendment) Act 2023, the Prime Minister makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Parliamentary Elections (Amendment) Act 2023 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2023.
2.  Section 6 of the Parliamentary Elections (Amendment) Act 2023 is deemed to have come into operation on 1 June 2023.
