Variation of Responsibility of Minister for Education (Higher Education and Skills)

It is notified for general information that the Prime Minister has, under Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, varied with effect from 3 October 2016, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Education (Higher Education and Skills)) Notification 2015 (G.N. No. S 679/2015) by deleting item 1 under the heading “DEPARTMENTS AND STATUTORY BODIES” and substituting the following item:

“1.	SkillsFuture Singapore Agency”.

Citation

1. This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Education (Higher Education and Skills)) (Amendment) Notification 2016.
