Entertainments Duty (Revocation) Order 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the Entertainments Duty Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Entertainments Duty (Revocation) Order 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2001.

Revocation

2. The Entertainments Duty Order (O 1) is revoked.

Made this 20th day of September 2001.
