Civil Defence (Amendment) Act 2010

Civil Defence (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Civil Defence (Amendment) Act 2010, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Civil Defence (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2011.
2.  The Civil Defence (Amendment) Act 2010 shall come into operation on 1st February 2011.
