Residential Property (Exemptions under Section 32 (1)) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Notification 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32(1) of the Residential Property Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Residential Property (Exemptions under section 32 (1)) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Notification 2005 and shall come into operation on 19th July 2005 at 5 p.m.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Residential Property (Exemptions under section 32 (1)) (Consolidation) Notification (N 5) is amended by deleting the following companies and their entries relating thereto:

(a)	the Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited;
(b)	Robinson and Company, Limited;
(c)	the Straits Trading Company, Limited; and
(d)	the Great Eastern Life Assurance Company, Limited.
