Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Prohibited Areas) Notification 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 43(d) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act, the Port Master hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Prohibited Areas) Notification 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2003.

Prohibited areas

2. The Port Master hereby declares the areas set out in the first column of the Schedule as prohibited areas which may not be entered by all vessels except by the class of vessels set out opposite thereto in the second column of that Schedule.
