Private Education (Exemption) (Amendment)
Order 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 68 of the Private Education Act, Mr Ong Ye Kung, Senior Minister of State, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Education (Higher Education and Skills), makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Private Education (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2016 and comes into operation on 3 October 2016.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item 6 of Part V of the Schedule to the Private Education (Exemption) Order 2013 (G.N. No. S 136/2013) is deleted.
