Public Entertainments Act
(Chapter 257)
Public Entertainments (Exemptions) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Public Entertainments Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Public Entertainments (Exemptions) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 1998 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 5th November 1997.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Public Entertainments (Exemptions) (Consolidation) Order (O 1) is amended by deleting the words “Singapore Arts Centre Company Limited” in sub-paragraph (12) and substituting the words “The Esplanade Co Ltd”.
Made this 4th day of September 1998.
