Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Quota System) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10A(4) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Quota System) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st August 2006.

Amendment of rule 16

2. Rule 16(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Quota System) Rules (R 31) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (b).
