Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 26) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 26) Notification 2009.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Singapore General Hospital from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Let’s Get Physical: Exercise Your Way To Health” event and the draw on 11th October 2009.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Singapore General Hospital with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 5th October 2009.
