Arts Entertainment) (Exemption) (Amendment)
Order 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16A of the Public Entertainments and Meetings Act, the Minister for Communications and Information makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Public Entertainments and Meetings (Specified Arts Entertainment) (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2015 and comes into operation on 6 August 2015.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Public Entertainments and Meetings (Specified Arts Entertainment) (Exemption) Order 2005 (G.N. No. S 319/2005) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “paragraph 3(1)(d),” in paragraph (b) of the definition of “specified arts entertainment”, “(1A),”.
