| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification is the Intoxicating Substances (Approved Centres) Notification 2017 and comes into operation on 1 September 2017. |

| 2. The Minister declares Institution A4, Cluster A, 982D, Upper Changi Road North, Changi Prison Complex, Singapore 506981 to be an approved centre for the purpose of the treatment and rehabilitation of persons who use or inhale intoxicating substances for the purpose of inducing or causing a state of intoxication. |
