Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel
Boards) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of Mr Chan Chun Sing, who is charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Prime Minister as regards public sector personnel and personnel‑development policies, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2018 and comes into operation on 1 August 2018.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 824/2010) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the name “Mr Neo Kian Hong” in the third column of item 5; and
(b)	by deleting the name “Mr Neo Kian Hong” in the third column of item 6 and substituting the name “Mr Loh Ngai Seng”.
