(Amendment of Schedule)
Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 33A of the Societies Act 1966, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Societies Act 1966 (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2024 and comes into operation on 1 June 2024.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  In the Societies Act 1966, in the Schedule, in item 12(a), after “a controlled drug”, insert “or psychoactive substance”.
