Town Council of Sembawang-Nee Soon
(Common Property and Open Spaces)
(Amendment) By-laws 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Town Councils Act, the Town Council for the Town of Sembawang-Nee Soon hereby makes the following By-laws:
Citation and commencement
1.  These By-laws may be cited as the Town Council of Sembawang-Nee Soon (Common Property and Open Spaces) (Amendment) By-laws 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2012.
Amendment of by-law 4
2.  By-law 4(3) of the Town Council of Sembawang-Nee Soon (Common Property and Open Spaces) By-laws 2012 (G.N. No. S 13/2012) is amended by deleting the words “30 days” and substituting the words “7 days”.
Amendment of by-law 7
3.  By-law 7 of the Town Council of Sembawang-Nee Soon (Common Property and Open Spaces) By-laws 2012 is amended by inserting, immediately after the word “shall”, the words “, except with the prior written permission of the Town Council”.
