Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Exemption) Notification 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Exemption) Notification 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2001.

Exemption

2. The Minister hereby exempts Westpoint Family Hospital from regulation 24(1) of the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Regulations (Rg 1), subject to any requirements, conditions and restrictions as may be imposed.
