Statutory Corporations (Contributions to Consolidated Fund) Act (Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2) Order 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Statutory Corporations (Contributions to Consolidated Fund) Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Statutory Corporations (Contributions to Consolidated Fund) Act (Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2) Order 2003 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st September 2003.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Statutory Corporations (Contributions to Consolidated Fund) Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 39, the following item:
“
40. Singapore Workforce Development Agency
 
Singapore Workforce Development Agency Act 2003 (Act 14 of 2003).
”.
