Income Tax (Exemption of Interest and Other Payments on Economic and Technological Development Loans) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Notification 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(4) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Income Tax (Exemption of Interest and Other Payments on Economic and Technological Development Loans) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Notification 1998.

Amendment of item 4

2. Item 4 of the Income Tax (Exemption of Interest and Other Payments on Economic and Technological Development Loans) (Consolidation) Notification (N 6) is amended by deleting paragraph (1) and substituting the following paragraphs:

“(1)	Lloyds Bank Plc, United Kingdom

18th August 1998.”.
