Public Order Act 2009

Public Order Act (Commencement) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Public Order Act 2009, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Public Order Act (Commencement) Notification 2009.
2.  The Public Order Act 2009 shall come into operation on 9th October 2009.
