Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) (Amendment) Regulations 2010

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(7) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2010.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) Regulations (Rg 3) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the name “Mr Peter Ho Hak Ean” in item (1) and substituting the name “Mr Peter Ong Boon Kwee”; and
