Misuse of Drugs Act
(Chapter 185)
Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Regulations 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 58(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and shall come into operation on 14th August 2006.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  Paragraph 1 of the Second Schedule to the Misuse of Drugs Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by inserting, immediately below the word “Bezitramide”, the word “Buprenorphine”.
