Singapore Armed Forces (Central Welfare
Fund) (Amendment) Regulations 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 205(v) of the Singapore Armed Forces Act, the Armed Forces Council makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Singapore Armed Forces (Central Welfare Fund) (Amendment) Regulations 2017 and come into operation on 1 September 2017.

Amendment of regulation 5

2. Regulation 5(1) of the Singapore Armed Forces (Central Welfare Fund) Regulations (Rg 15) is amended by deleting the word “Head” in sub‑paragraph (g) and substituting the words “Assistant Director”.
