Trade Marks Act (Commencement)
Notification 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Trade Marks Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Trade Marks Act (Commencement) Notification 2000.

2. Section 54 of the Trade Marks Act shall come into operation on 31st October 2000.
