Patents (Amendment) Act 2012
(Commencement) Notification 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Patents (Amendment) Act 2012, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Patents (Amendment) Act 2012 (Commencement) Notification 2016.

2. Section 2(d) of the Patents (Amendment) Act 2012 comes into operation on 1 November 2016.
