(Composition of Offences)
(Amendment) Regulations 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 101(3) of the Fire Safety Act 1993, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Fire Safety (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and are deemed to have come into operation on 31 December 2021.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  In the Fire Safety (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 6), in regulation 2, replace “section 51(1)” with “section 101(1)”.
