(Chapter 49)
Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 22) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 22) Notification 2007.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the Singapore Turf Club from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Lady Luck Draw” promotion and the draw on 28th September 2007.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the Singapore Turf Club with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 21st September 2007.
