Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 29) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 29) Notification 2008.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Braddell Heights Community Club Management Committee and Community Club Youth Executive Committee from the provisions of the Act in respect of the Intra Constituency Mahjong Competition 2008 to be held on 12th October 2008 and 19th October 2008.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Braddell Heights Community Club Management Committee and Community Club Youth Executive Committee with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 26th September 2008.
