National Science and Technology Board (Amendment) Act 2002

National Science and Technology Board (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the National Science and Technology Board (Amendment) Act 2002, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the National Science and Technology Board (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2002.
2.  Sections 6, 8 (b), 9 and 10 of the National Science and Technology Board (Amendment) Act 2002 shall come into operation on 1st October 2002.
