Statutory Bodies and Government Companies (Protection of Secrecy) Act (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Statutory Bodies and Government Companies (Protection of Secrecy) Act, the President hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Statutory Bodies and Government Companies (Protection of Secrecy) Act (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2003 and shall come into operation on 27th October 2003.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Part I of the Schedule to the Statutory Bodies and Government Companies (Protection of Secrecy) Act is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately before item 2, the following item:
1. Majlis Ugama Islam, Singapura

(b)by deleting item 5 and substituting the following item:
