Public Order
(Special Notice — Prescribed Crowd Size and
Period) (Amendment) Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 47 of the Public Order Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Public Order (Special Notice — Prescribed Crowd Size and Period) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 26 June 2020.

Amendment of regulation 3

2. Regulation 3 of the Public Order (Special Notice — Prescribed Crowd Size and Period) Regulations 2017 (G.N. No. S 531/2017) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “(Election Meetings” in paragraphs (a) and (b), the words “and Processions”.
