Response Plan) (Amendment)
Notification 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 37(1) of the Fire Safety Act 1993, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Fire Safety (Premises Requiring Emergency Response Plan) (Amendment) Notification 2023 and is deemed to have come into operation on 31 December 2021.

Miscellaneous amendments

2. In the Fire Safety (Premises Requiring Emergency Response Plan) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 767/2020) —

(a)	in paragraph 2(2), replace “(Cap. 29)” with “1989”; and
(b)	in the Schedule, in Part 1, in paragraph 1, in the definitions of “boarding premises” and “foreign employee”, delete “(Act 3 of 2015)”.
