Regulation of Imports and Exports (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Regulation of Imports and Exports Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st August 2005.

Amendment of regulation 38

2. Regulation 38 of the Regulation of Imports and Exports Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting the words “, as specified in the invoice for the goods”.
