(INVEST Fund) (Amendment)
Regulations 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 26 of the Home Affairs Uniformed Services Superannuation Act 2001, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Home Affairs Uniformed Services (INVEST Fund) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and are deemed to have come into operation on 31 December 2021.

Miscellaneous amendments

2. In the Home Affairs Uniformed Services (INVEST Fund) Regulations (Rg 1) —

(a)	in regulation 2, in the definition of “auditor”, replace “section 22(3)” with “section 24(3)”;
(b)	in regulation 2, in the definition of “Scheme”, replace “(Cap. 241)” with “1960”; and
(c)	in regulation 13(2)(a), replace “section 23” with “section 25”.
