(Exemption from Section 12)
(Amendment No. 2) Order 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Road Traffic (Exemption from Section 12) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2020 and comes into operation on 26 June 2020.
Amendment of paragraph 4
2.  Paragraph 4(2) of the Road Traffic (Exemption from Section 12) Order (O 6) is amended by deleting the words “30 June 2020” and substituting the words “30 September 2020”.
