National Registration
(Composition of Offences)
(Amendment) Regulations 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 33 of the National Registration Act 1965, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the National Registration (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and are deemed to have come into operation on 31 December 2021.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. In the National Registration (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2016 (G.N. No. S 699/2016), in regulation 2 —

(a)	replace “section 13(1)(a), (b) or (c)” with “section 16(1)(a), (b) or (d)”; and
(b)	replace “section 17A” wherever it appears with “section 28”.
